Call Transfer:
Transfers calls to another number within your office or at a separate location.

Call Pickup:
Lets you answer incoming calls ringing to another phone, enabling better client response and easy sharing of answering responsibilities.

Hold/Consultation:
Puts calls on hold and/or lets you place a second call while the first one is on hold, even on phones that do not have a “hold” button. Requires Call Transfer in combination.

Six-Way Conference:
Conferences up to 5 additional callers on one line. Enables more efficient phone calling for groups of 6 or less. Also saves on travel costs and lessens the chance of miscommunication.

Automatic Recall:
Redials the last number that called you, so you'll never have to run to answer the phone or miss a call.

Call Forwarding:
Routes all your calls from your regular line to another number, including a cellular number. Gives you control of when and where calls are forwarded.

Selective Call Forwarding:
Allows predesignated numbers to be forwarded to another phone number, so that you never miss important calls.

Speed Calling:
Programs up to 9 frequently called local or long distance numbers to save time and eliminate the possibility of misdialiing.

Three-Way Calling:
Brings a third party into any conversation, local or long distance - perfect when face-to-face meetings are difficult.

Notable Advanced Calling Features:

Caller ID Deluxe:
Displays the caller's name and number, regardless of directory status (even if non-listed or non-published), unless caller has initiated Call Blocking.

Voicemail:
Receives messages from callers when you can't answer or if the line is busy.

Automatic Recall:
Allows incoming calls to overflow (ring) to another idle line in the defined Hunt Group.
