Knology Joins MADD to Launch Holiday Crackdown

South Dakotans to Tie One On for Safety in Support of Law Enforcement

Sioux Falls, S.D. (November 13, 2009) - Knology joins Mothers Against Drunk Driving's (MADD) public awareness campaign "Tie One On For Safety" this holiday to help spread the message to drive safe, sober and buckled up. As part of the national "Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest." campaign, it asks Americans to place a red MADD ribbon or window decal on vehicles as a pledge to be safe during the holidays and throughout the year. Knology will air "Tie One On For Safety" messages on its local access channels. Over 6 million are expected to be distributed nationally, continuing a tradition lasting more than 20 years. pick up ribbons and decals during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from November 16 - January 2.

"We must do all we can to stop others from experiencing such needless pain. We can eliminate drunk driving through efforts like the 'Drunk Driving. over the Limit.
