Knology provides web-mail, so that if you have Internet access, you can go to www.knology.net and just sign-in and check your mail. If you don't have Internet access then you can dial-in and still access your e-mail!



10 MB PERSONAL WEB SPACE
If you have always wanted to build your own web site, Knology will give you the web space you need to give it home. Each account includes 10 MBs of personal web space. Build a website for your family, your daughter's wedding, or your child's soccer team. Whatever you want to build, Knology will give you the space you need.

You can get an assortment of information from your Knology.net home page. You have the ability to customize your incoming e-mail and decide how you would like to process mail identified as 'spam' by the system. You can leave it off, so that no filtering is done; or delete all so that no 'spam' goes into your inbox; or tag any e-mail with a 'spam' identifier in the subject heading; or tag and move all spam to a different folder to be managed separately. The control is in your hands.



NEWSGROUP ACCESS

NETSAFE+
Control your children's high-speed Internet access with Knology's Netsafe+. Features such as Family Allows, Family Blocks, Individual Allows & Individual Blocks give each user his own login/password and allows parents to monitor individual usage and block unwanted content. A free version (NetSafe) is available to all Knology High Speed Internet customers.
