Caller ID on TV User's Guide
Caller ID Notification Display: A notification on each incoming call to a registered phone number will be displayed on the TV screen (over the video display).
To remove the notification from the screen, press the "C" key.
Pressing the "B" key will disable the notification temporarily in the same manner described in the following section.
How to enable or disable TV caller ID notifications: To disable or enable the Caller ID on TV service notifications for the duration of a show, either press the "Disable Caller ID" key when the caller ID banner is displayed, or switch to Channel 511 to turn off or on the Caller ID notifications.
To disable Caller ID notifications, move the selection bar to the "Caller ID Off" option, and press the "Select" key on the remote control. Caller ID on TV pop-up banners will not appear on the screen from that point, until the notifications are activated again. Call log data will still be collected.
To enable the Caller ID notifications, move the selection bar to the "Caller ID On" and press the "Select" key on the remote control.
How to enable or disable TV Caller ID & Call Log service: To disable or enable the Caller ID on TV service, switch to Channel 511.
To disable Caller ID service, move the selection bar to "Settings" and press the "Select" key on the remote control.
Move to the "Caller ID settings" and press the "Select" key on the remote control.
Move the selection bar to the "Turn Caller ID Off" option, and press the "Select" key on the remote control. Caller ID on TV pop-up banners will not appear on the screen from that point until the service is enabled again. Call log data will not be collected.
To enable the Caller ID service, move the selection bar to the "Turn Caller ID On" option, and press the "Select" key on the remote control. This will turn the Caller ID back on and Call Log data will start to be collected.
