Caller ID on TV User's Guide

How to set Caller ID display duration: The Caller ID banner appears for a pre-set number of seconds or upon phone pick-up. In order to increase or decrease this parameter, switch to Channel 511 (see picture below).

To change the display duration, move the selection bar to the 'Settings' and press the "Select" key on the remote control. Then move to the 'Caller ID settings' and press "Select" key on the remote control.

Move the selection bar to the 'Set Caller ID display duration' and press the "Select" key on the remote control.

The display should look like the screen below.

Use Up/Down arrows to move selection bar. Select "Auto Settings" to use the default duration (15 seconds), or any number from the list to bypass the server settings

How to view Call Log: From Channel 511, Select the 'Incoming Calls' option.

The display should look similar to the picture below. (The notification banner will show if there is an incoming call while the Incoming Calls screen is displayed).

New calls are marked with '*'.
To delete all call entries from the log, press "A".
To delete the highlighted call entry from the log, press "B".
Use Up/Down keys to move the selection bar.

If the user has no messages, the following screen will appear:



If the user disabled the Caller ID service, the message bellow will be displayed, indicating the service is disabled.



If the user has no permission to the Caller ID service, the message below will be displayed:
